Setelah sekian lama menyarangkn blog ini, saya kembali utk menulis. dan kali ni merupakan sebuah luahan rasa.

LUAHAN RASA SEORANG KB. i know that u ols mesti sgt2 figure2 out apakah KB itu,,, adakah kerbau busuk? or kayu batu? or kuyah bijak.. hehe. =) .. actually KB is stand for Ketua Blok which is my position now at college = 11th College at UPM. The best thing is... I have to stay on 7th floor of the block and with master students. hehe :)) Welcome to free entry zone:: 713 room.
See.. now I am Ketua Blok, precisely Ketua Blok A. alah, ketua blok je... ok!
actually, I'm new to the MTM's job n really don't get what my job is yet. but after some period of time, with lots of event, n handling new students.. i've learned many thing related to my position. I love my new task, i meet lots of people.. the most important, i've gained new leadership experience!! that's very good to me.
The thing that I dont like about being KB is, i hv to command people under me. it's ok to me if i hv to command lots of people, but command on specific person is not easy for me. because the person who i gv the command must command the others, so if the person cannot command the others wisely so it will affect me. So far, I'm still sitting and watching how they do their job. However, my temperature is going up rite now, n i'm about to meet them and gv them some talk as they will need it for their future! oppss.. before i'm going further, the person i meant is my KZ, stand for Ketua Zon. they are the person who will help me on watching over and taking care of block member by their zone. There is 6 KZ's under my hand.
The thing makes me angry is when i ask them to do a job, they cannot fulfill it and tell me on last minute! yeah hell then i have to settle their job while the responsible person goes out for shopping and having fun out there.SHIT!! am I ur kuli?? oh God.. why do we have a person like this in organization??yeah... absolutely to tell me that nobody's perfect.. i always remind them, if there is any problem, just tell me and i'll help as i can... i'm not the strict leader, that will not help their assistant.. my principles is what u give, u get back.. u help me, i'll help u.. sama2 meringankan kerja yang berat, kan lbey mudah daripada menanggung berat keseorangan... I really hope that they will understand me and give all the best in finishing their job.
oh,.. i'm tired already. this kind of attitude make me sick. and I wanna rest.
InsyaAllah, on my next post, I will story to u ols the problem I faced with them and how will I do to manage the problem with KZ's. And also the moment I enjoyed with them.
Remember,, if you cannot prove your leadership, then your ship will sink!
